    More About Team Antinone...
Brothers Adam and John Antinone have been working together as a team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2004. However this isn't their first venture as business partners. The two brothers began their working relationship at the ages of 4 and 9, when they opened a lemonaide stand in front of their parent's house in Bonita. Since then, Adam and John have always found new ways of working together. From operating a 150 house paper route to running a computer training business that grossed over $3,000,000 in annual sales, Adam and John have been the best of business partners.

Today, Adam and John work full-time at Coldwell Banker Residential in centrally-located Scripps Ranch. The two brothers work together as a team, providing traditional Real Estate services to buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County. In addition, Adam and John recently founded San Diego Golf Real Estate (www.SDGRE.com), which serves a special niche for those looking to buy or sell a golf course frontage home.

The Antinone brothers love San Diego and all it has to offer including the great year-round weather, gorgeous beaches, incredible golf courses and friendly people. As San Diego Natives, Adam and John feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to be brought up in such an amazing city. If you are looking for a hard-working, down to earth real estate professional team that will always look out for your best interests, look no further than Adam and John Antinone.

    More About Adam...
Adam graduated from San Diego State University in 1998, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. After graduation, Adam joined John at Copernicus Computer Services and became a major contributor to the sales team there. As a testament to his sales success at Copernicus, Adam was recruited by Sun Microsystems to join their Best Of the Best (BOB) Sales Training Program. The BOB Program presented an exclusive opportunity to attend a phenomenal sales training program and be placed into a position within Sun that was typically occupied by people 10 to 20 years his senior.

After experiencing three years of the dot-com boom and exponential growth, Adam decided it was time shift gears out of technology and transition towards something he had more of a true passion for. He found this passion in San Diego Real Estate. Since joining Coldwell Banker full-time in 2003, Adam has discovered success as well as a feeling of accomplishment as a REALTOR. He is a people person and loves working with his clients.

Adam married his high school sweetheart, Janice, back in 2003. Together, they have a son, Nicholas, who was born in January of 2006. Away from the office, Adam has always been largely into sports. He played all sports growing up, really enjoying golf, soccer, and basketball. He played golf and soccer for Bonita Vista High School and golf again for San Diego State in college. Adam's two golf highlights are recording two holes-in-one in the same nine holes at age 10 & having played competitively in the same pairing with Tiger Woods. Adam is also a big sports fan. He has season tickets to the Chargers as well as San Diego State Football and Basketball and is always up for a Padres game!

    More About John...
Like Adam, John was born and raised in San Diego. The oldest of three brothers, John is the trailblazer of the family and likes to take the lead. He graduated in 1995 from California State University - Long Beach, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. After college, John went to work in the IT industry. After a successful stint at a large computer training company, he co-founded Copernicus Computer Services. Copernicus grew from a single office in Carlsbad with four employees to three offices, over 40 employees and over $3,000,000 in annual sales.

After eight years in the computer training business, John was looking to steer his career in a new direction. As much as he loved corporate training, John found himself yearning for a new challenge. He watched Adam become a successful Realtor and had always been interested in what he was doing. It didn't take John long to realize that Real Estate was the place he wanted to be. John was always the type of person that lived for "the hunt" and being a REALTOR provided a constant challenge. Whether it was working with sellers to find the right buyer for their home or working with buyers seeking that perfect home that fit all of their needs, being in the Real Estate business was something that offered a great deal of satisfaction and a sense of achievement.

John met his wife, Jennifer, at a wedding in Pennsylvania back in 2000. After a long distance relationship that spanned 3,000 miles and two years, John and Jennifer got married in September of 2002 in Jennifer's home town of Nanuet, NY. Together, John and Jennifer feel blessed to have two beautiful children. Luke was born in May of 2006 and his little sister, Emma, was born in September of 2008. Away from the office, John loves sports, classic cars and spending time with friends and family. While in high school, he and his dad restored a 1966 Mustang, which led to the restoration of a '65 convertible and a '64-1/2 coupe. John has his sights on restoring another Mustang in the not too distant future. He also loves the Chargers, Padres and Aztecs basketball and football. Like Adam, John also loves to get out on the golf course when time permits. He played competitively as a junior in San Diego Junior Golf and later on for Bonita Vista High School.
